Swap Meet & Cars 4 Sale Corral

Attendance: 500 vendors and car corral. over 3000 show cars.

Directions: Charlotte Motor Speedway, 5555 Concord Pkwy South, Concord, NC 28027. Take I-85 north of I-485 to Concord exit #49. Take Bruton Smith Boulevard east. Vendors use Blue Field gate #25 located along the back stretch of the track.

Camping Information: No on site camping. No overnight camping in your swap space.
New Parts/Commercial Vendors: : All items sold in the swap meet area must be used automotive parts or memorabilia (please, no new or refurbished items, including discontinued Hot Wheels, die-cast or plastic models, NASCAR licensed merchandise, tools, apparel, car care products, crafts, or reconditioning services of any kind). To protect the integrity of our commercial vendors, Goodguys reserves the right to regulate and/or restrict the sale of all items in the swap area. Unfortunately, swappers selling unauthorized items may be asked to leave the event and forfeit the cost of their booth space. Don't let this happen to you! New parts and services are always welcome in the Commercial Midway however reservations must be made in advance. For more commercial info please call (925)218-9151. Show Hours: Friday - Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm, Sunday 8:00am-3:00pm

Participant Check-In: Thursday. Noon-5:00pm, Friday. 7:00am-5:00pm, Saturday: 7:00am-2:00pm. Gates open for vendors each morning at 7:00 am (except Thursday). Thursday check-in: proceed directly into the infield. Friday and Saturday check-in: located at Gate #25 ticket booth. All vehicles and property must be removed from the facility by sunset on Sunday. All spaces are reserved and are yours for the duration of the event. As a matter of convenience be sure to reserve enough area, as all support vehicles must fit inside your space or park outside of the grounds. Due to the growth of this event, absolutely no truck or trailer parking inside Turn 2.
Cars 4 Sale Corral: Cars, trucks and motorcycles offered for sale may be any year, make or model, running or not. Space size is as large as your vehicle. Extra parts may be sold in the corral if they fit in your vehicle or remain on your trailer. If you have additional parts to sell, vehicles are also allowed for sale in the swap meet. Vehicles may remain on open trailers and/or in their space overnight for the duration of the show. You must park in the same space each day, even if another spot appears to be empty. Tow vehicles and enclosed trailers will each require an additional space if you wish to leave them inside the grounds.
Security: Gates will be secured promptly at 6:00pm each evening. For the safety of our customers and their property, absolutely no one will be permitted to remain on the grounds overnight. Motor homes and RVs may enter the property during setup only and must be removed immediately after they are unloaded. Security personnel will be on site 24 hours per day for your benefit.

Spectator Admission: Adults $18.00/day.
Kids (7-12) $6.00/day. Under 6 FREE.

Participant Admission: Car Corral: $55.00 per vehiclein advance. $65.00 at the gate.
Swap Meet: $55.00 per 10’ wide x 25’ deep in advance. $65.00 at the gate.

Pre-registration CLOSES Friday, 5:00pm, two weeks before the event. Pre-registration is not required. Repeat vendor entries must be received 30 days in advance to retain your same spaces.

Each entry fee includes one weekend vehicle pass and one adult weekend admission.
There is no discount for Goodguys members. You are not required to be a Goodguys member to participate in the Swap Meet or Car Corral.
You are not obligated to participate all three days however there is no discount for single or two day spaces.
Pre-registered participants will receive email confirmation two weeks before the event.
Actual credentials will be distributed, at the swap meet entrance, during check in hours.
All spaces are outdoors and on pavement or grass.
Spaces and additional weekend passes may also be purchased at the gate.
Sorry, no refunds – exchange only.

Reminder: No golf carts or motorized conveniences allowed. Exceptions are made for disabled participants who must first visit the Show-n-Shine Registration area. For their safety please leave your pets at home or in your campsite. Remember, bicycles, scooters and skates are dangerous to both children and paint jobs.
